Frank LaRussa leads the company he founded in January of 1997. Frank was a Senior Account Executive at a major national search firm before opening LaRussa & Associates, Inc. Frank worked at the H.J. Heinz Company and Campbell Soup Company before becoming a recruiter in 1993.
