Q: How does your service work? Who pays your fee?
A: LaRussa & Associates, Incorporated recruits sales and marketing talent. Our fees are paid by the companies that hire our candidates. Although our focus is consumer packaged goods, we also work in other industries as well. These include, but are not limited to, industrial, business to business, and cosmetics. We also have strategic relationships with other recruiters across the country who focus on other industries and disciplines. Our strategy is to build long term relationships with our candidates and client companies, which provide outstanding opportunities for mutual growth.

Q: How do you find your candidates?
A: Our primary source for finding candidates, as well as clients, is referrals from satisfied customers. However, we also travel to trade shows, advertise, and recruit directly.

Q: Can you help me with my job search?
A: We are not able to help every person we speak with, especially since we have specific areas of expertise. However, we will be candid as to whether we believe you are someone we can help.

Q: If I'm currently happy with my job, why should I be looking for a new opportunity?
A: We believe it is generally a good idea to keep your options open. The employment market can be very unforgiving. The constant restructurings, downsizings, mergers, acquisitions, and consolidations continue to create upheaval in corporate life. It is imperative to stay "ahead of the curve" as they say.
